Wellness programs are pro-active and preventive in nature. We
believe, that if basic needs like food, shelter and heat are met
and education and opportunity for advancement are made
available at the community level, then risky behaviors can be
reduced.

The easiest problem to solve, is the one that never occurs or
can be dealt with in the early stages through community
